General Manager

At EB2 Molding Limited, we offer the best of both worlds, led by a General Manager with a proven track record in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. He possesses extensive expertise in Consumer Products, Medical Devices, Toys, Solar Panels, and Consumer Electronics.

Alongside his team, he maintains a seamless workflow between departments and resolves interdepartmental conflicts. He leads and manages direct reports across factory administration, production, manufacturing engineering, and purchasing. By ensuring the factory remains on schedule, he upholds commitments regarding production, New Product Introduction (NPI), and quality.

Furthermore, he ensures the facility meets the strategic goals set by the management team, reviewing progress regularly to develop new objectives based on evolving needs. His primary focus remains the fulfillment of customer requirements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
